Combining this experience with a passion for real estate and knowledge of the Triangle market led me to found Liz Brown Residential, where we work directly with buyers, sellers, and investors to address your needs and reach your goals.

Becca grew up enjoying the annual tradition of vacationing in the Outer Banks and her time exploring the coast sparked a desire to live in North Carolina. After practicing law in her hometown of Philadelphia for seven years, Becca and her partner Ryan moved to Raleigh with their two dogs, Cali and Peggy-O. Immediately, Raleigh’s inclusive community made them feel at home (the warmer weather may have helped too!). It is Becca’s goal to help buyers and sellers experience that same level of comfort in their own big moves!
Becca practiced law at a non-profit representing survivors of domestic violence with various legal issues. Her dedication to service combined with her background in law laid a solid foundation for her transition to real estate. In addition to being a tough negotiator and creative problem solver, Becca practices real estate infused with the same ethos that she brought to her legal career: a client focused approach. It is her belief that taking the time to build strong relationships with her clients and the surrounding communities they will be moving into or out of is paramount. This ethos led Becca to join Liz Brown Residential where the focus is on serving clients and bettering the community.
In her spare time, Becca enjoys exploring the Triangle’s many hiking trails, being the Wake Library system's most avid reader, taking her pups to the dog park and frequenting the State Farmer’s Market.
Lastly, and likely the most upsetting fact about Becca, despite living in Raleigh for half a decade she sadly cannot let go of the futility of being a Philadelphia sports fan.
